The Willowbrook Homes Process

Initial meet and greet.  We can go over the scope, share details, pictures and wishlists for your particular project.

After our meeting we will compile a preliminary budget based on historically similar projects.  We then can review and discuss next steps.

We will share with you our design/tender proposal letter where we can agree to next steps.  This will engage an architect, interior designer (if needed), and allow us to proceed with an in detail tender of your project.  There will be a small engagement fee associated for each of those areas.  The fees for tender will be credited towards the project upon approval of the build.

Once a mutual understanding of scope, price, and projected timelines are achieved.  A working contract will be provided.  Deposits can be made, permits and material ordering can follow.
