2. Design & Preliminary Pricing

Goal: Provide a clear vision and initial cost estimate.

  • Custom Design Session: Collaborate with clients to create a tailored floor plan and design concept.

  • Preliminary Pricing: Provide a ballpark estimate based on the initial design.

  • Feedback Loop: Address any adjustments before moving forward.

  • Approval to Proceed: Obtain client agreement to move to the next stage.

3. Tendered Pricing & Final Approval

Goal: Provide detailed pricing and finalize the project scope.

  • Detailed Specifications: Present finalized design, materials, and finishes.

  • Tendered Pricing: Deliver a fixed-price proposal for the entire project.

  • Transparent Review: Walk clients through the details of the pricing.

  • Final Contract Signing: Once approved, sign the construction agreement to lock in the design and budget.

4. Permits & Approvals

Goal: Ensure all required documentation is in place.

  • Permitting Process: Submit and secure all necessary permits.

  • HOA/Community Approvals: Coordinate with any homeowners' associations or community boards.

  • Client Updates: Keep the client informed throughout the approval process.

5. Construction Phase

Goal: Deliver a stress-free building experience.

  • Weekly Updates: Provide regular progress updates (via email, app, or in-person).
